As the saying goes – failure to plan is planning to fail. Our approach to assisting clients in putting a plan together is to keep it brief. We avoid the butcher’s paper syndrome where lots of good ideas thrown up at an extended planning session seldom see the light of day. Our preference is to keep it simple. This means firstly identifying the key stakeholders in the business. Following some preliminary discussions we organise the planning component. This entails: The outcome will be a strategic plan which will show you each of the steps required to be implemented to get take your business to the next phase of the growth cycle. Most importantly it will be a document where the stakeholders take ownership and therefore responsibility for their assigned area of the operations.
